Every Metafix unit reports in over cellular or ethernet. Our service team sees what you see: volume, flow, pressure and sensor status, without waiting for a site visit.
Filter changes follow the volume each filter has actually treated. We see a filter nearing capacity and schedule the change before it's spent, so none are changed too early or too late.
If a sensor trips, whether it's a high tank level, a leak or a pressure change, you get an email with troubleshooting steps your team can follow on site. We see the same alarm, and we're a call away if you need us.
