RT3

Heavy metals in. Clean water out.

Heavy metal treatment for anodizing, electroplating, metal finishing and etch lines. Captures copper, chromium, nickel, silver and gold to under 1 ppm, with zero hazardous sludge, ready for drain, evaporation or reuse.

How it works

Treated on site,
start to finish.

Displaced wastewater collects in an effluent tank, the metals stay in the columns, and treated water goes to drain, evaporation or reuse. No chemicals, no sludge, no hauling.

Collect
2level sensors

Runs on tank level.

Displaced rinse water collects in a common effluent tank. A low-level sensor starts the RT3 only when there is enough to treat, and a high-level sensor raises an overflow alarm before anything spills.

<1ppm heavy metals

Metals stay in the columns.

Patented metallic-exchange media in the SuperPac columns captures copper, chromium, nickel, silver and gold. No chemicals are dosed at any point.

Drain, evaporation or reuse.

Treated water leaves by gravity through 3/4″ piping, ready for drain, evaporation or reuse on the line. A pressure transducer and wet-tray leak sensors watch the columns the whole way.

Scales with flow. Start at 8 L/min with a 4-column crate, step up to SuperPac-8 for 16 L/min, and add crates as the line grows.
One system with RW3

Rinse control and treatment,
working as one.

Pair the RT3 with an RW3 and the line runs as one automated loop, from rinse tank to discharge-ready water. Rinse chemistry stays at setpoint, water goes in only when it is needed, and the effluent stays consistent.

01RW3

Sample

RW3 reads pH, conductivity and temperature in every rinse tank.

02RW3

Replenish

City or DI water goes to any tank that reads out of spec, then shuts off.

03Effluent tank

Capture

The displaced rinse water is pumped to a common effluent tank.

Treat

Metals are removed to under 1 ppm, with zero sludge, for drain, evaporation or reuse.

One loop instead of separate systems.

Monitoring

Every system,
watched 24/7.

Every RT3 reports to Metatrax. It tracks flow and column pressure, flags leaks and overflows, and emails your team with troubleshooting steps.
