With the Metafix FSC, conductivity, pH, temperature, water and Fountain Solution concentrate volumes are all monitored and managed live during the press run. Adjustments based on these readings can be made automatically to the Fountain Solution in order to keep it within a programmed set of parameters, thus improving consistency, printing efficiency, color management, quality and reducing costs.
If it can be monitored and recorded it can be managed! All live data is captured and stored in our MetaTrax database. Customers have full access to their specific data and can generate graphical representations across locations and jobs, for management, analysis, and improvement of printing process.
