Until now, the only viable option has been hauling, which is expensive, requires storage, handling, and manifesting and ultimately only transfers the problem elsewhere.

Today, Metafix offers the first real alternative: The Metafix Ctp-pH Control Polyester Plate treatment system. This is not just a machine, it is part of a complete environmental compliance program.
The Metafix Polyplate system measures and neutralizes the pH levels of the waste effluent using a specially formulated neutralizing agent, MetaAidTM.

Once adjusted, the effluent is then passed through a MiX 2000TM column containing our patented MetaWoolTM to reduce silver levels to below 5 parts per million.
Once treated the effluent is safely discharged on site eliminating the storage and hauling of waste chemicals.

Each Metafix Polyplate system reports processing data via the inter net to our MetaTraxTM (Environmental Management System). This information is used to monitor your units operation and generate processing reports either monthly or quarterly as required.

As part of our integrated MetaTraxTM program Metafix will monitor your system, keeping track of consumables and maintenance making sure the Metafix Polyplate unit is working as hard as you are.
